* By phone:  Call us toll-free at 1-800-373-7464. Just ask for the retail department and they will be happy to take your order by phone.
* By fax:  Print out our order form and fax it to (423) 263-2001. The fax machine is in a secure spot where no one can see any of your information.
* By mail:  Print out our order form, fill it out, and mail it to:
