Retail Returns and Exchanges

Here are some tips to make your exchanging process go smoothly and quickly for you and me.

When you send an item back to Shavonne please be sure to include all of the following:

o $5.95 to cover S&H expenses

o RA Code- You must call the office in order to receive this code prior to sending back the merchandise. Without Shavonne’s RA code, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

o Ring/Watch Warranty- Follow the directions on the warranty and send the warranty with your item. We will send your warranty back with your new item.

o Correct Contact Info. – Please be sure to give your name, address, and phone number so we can contact you if there is a problem with your return. This will help us get your order to you ASAP.

o Watch Warranty- Shavonne’s watch warranties are only valid for one year.

Additional Information

Shavonne will not hold orders and we do not pull the orders until payment is received. So it is best to make sure the funds are available before placing an order. Here at Shavonne we try to get all orders out in a timely manner.
