Standard Shipping to the U.S. and Canada
We ship to the US and Canada via US Postal Service insured mail. We normally ship directly from our own stock within one to three business
days after receipt of payment--so the fastest way to get your order is by using a credit card or PayPal. Please
allow 3-8 business days for delivery.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped by the best possible method (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). The charge for all international
shipping (excluding shipping to Canada) is $15.95 We also ship international orders from stock within one day of
receiving payment; please allow at least 5-15 business days for delivery of international orders.
How Shavonne Calculates Shipping
Insurance, shipping, & handling charges on your retail order are added to your total automatically when you check out via the online shopping
cart. Insurance, shipping, & handling on your order is a single, flat-rate charge rather than a per-item charge (i.e., if you're in
the US, you pay only $5.95 for shipping no matter how many items you order).
APOs and FPOs
We are able to ship to APOs and FPOs. To show our support for our troops, our staff will apply a 30% discount to all orders from any military
installation worldwide, APO, or FPO.
Drop Shipping Yes & No
Some of our TOP LEVEL WHOLESALE BUYERS do travel to various 'shows' and we can follow explicit instructions to…in effect…'drop ship' their wholesale orders to specified locations. No matter how large the order-we will to all we can to accommodate your business…
However, we are unable to do simple 'drop shipping of retail orders.

To shop, browse the categories of Shavonne's jewelry and click on any item to view a page with a
greatly enlarged and detailed picture, more information, and an order form. Enter the quantity you wish to buy, select the size
or style of the item you wish (if applicable), and click the Buy or Add to Cart button. You'll be automatically sent to a page
showing the current contents of your cart, and you can simply continue browsing our web site by going back on your browser or going to a different
section by clicking any link on our navigation.
Checking Out
Once you've added items to your cart, you can go back and view it by clicking the View Shopping Cart link found
on our site. When you're ready to check out, select your shipping zone and click the
Checkout button at the bottom of the shopping cart.
When you check out, you'll be asked to enter your invoice and delivery details. After filling out this information, you
proceed to payments, where you can pay by credit card, PayPal,
check, or money order. Online credit card and PayPal payments are
made through a secure order form (see credit card ordering information for more information).

Credit Card Orders
Shavonne accepts credit card payment by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover and online payments by
PayPal. Both PayPal and credit card transactions are totally safe and secure and payment can be made immediately, so if
you use either method your order normally can be shipped the same day directly from stock.
PayPal nationally has earned the distinction of being the most trusted online payment service on
the Internet. To pay by PayPal, add items to your shopping cart and select PayPal as your payment method. You will be automatically
transferred to the PayPal website where you can make payment for your order using a Visa, Mastercard, or existing PayPal account. You
can check PayPal's help section for more information on the security
and privacy of PayPal's services.
You can enter your credit card information into our shopping cart system when placing your order. Our system uses a
secure connection and server to send and store the data.

Orders by Money Order and Check
If you don't want to use a credit card or PayPal, you can send payment for an online order by check or money order. Simply
add your items to the shopping cart, check out, and select Check or Money Order as your payment. When we
receive your order, we'll hold it and ship when your payment arrives in the mail. Checks and money orders can be sent to

We do prefer payment by credit card or PayPal, as it is more convenient to process and it results in immediate payment--which
translates to quick delivery of our customers' orders. The safety, privacy, and protection of our clientele making credit card

Online Order Tracking
When you place an order online via Shavonne.com, your receipt will now give you instructions on how
to track your order.
Simply go to www.shavonne.com/orders
and log in with your email address and order number. You'll be able to see the current status of your order,
the items you ordered, and the shipping address that we have on file. (This information is updated every
afternoon.)

Initial Wholesale Order
When you place your initial wholesale order online via Shavonne.com, the shopping cart will NOT show your discounted price.
Your discount will be applied to your order before your credit card is processed. You will then receive an account number with a
confidential password when your order is ready to ship. This information can be used to login to the wholesale members area. Once
you are logged into your wholesale account then you will see your discounted prices. This feature is to protect the confidentiality of
our wholesale dealers by not allowing any malicious user or your potential retail client to trick the system into showing them wholesale
prices.
